SIAPP for the Brebes Regency DPRD

The Regional House of Representatives' Development Planning Aspiration Information System (SIAPP DPRD) is a digital platform that transforms the management of legislative recess data from a manual system into an electronic-based one. This application is designed to prevent the risk of data loss, avoid proposal duplication, and accelerate the recapitulation of the council members' Principal Ideas (Pokpir).

The presence of SIAPP DPRD ensures that every public aspiration can be managed transparently and accountably, while remaining fully integrated into the regional development planning cycle.

The main output of this project is the web-based SIAPP DPRD application along with the full handover of its source code. This website is specifically designed to operate alongside the existing Regional Government Information System (SIPD). Its core function is to serve as a preparatory platform for recess documents, where all proposals and master data are thoroughly validated and organized beforehand. By ensuring the data is mature and well-structured within SIAPP, the process of uploading the Principal Ideas (Pokpir) proposals into the SIPD can run smoothly, accurately, and perfectly align with regional planning data standards.
